Hey guys! Stumbled on this study about magnesium glycinate and sleep. Says it can improve sleep quality and reduce insomnia symptoms. But it's funded by a supplement company, so I'm a bit skeptical. What do you think? Link: [study summary]

I've been using magnesium glycinate for years, and it's changed my life. But yeah, I always check the source. Even if it's funded by a company, doesn't mean it's biased. Look at the methodology and sample size. If it's a double-blind placebo-controlled, that's pretty reliable. I'd take it with a grain of salt but not dismiss it entirely. 🌿

Big Pharma always trying to push their synthetic stuff. But magnesium glycinate is naturally occurring, so it's different. I trust studies that use actual food-based sources, not isolated compounds. Still, my personal experience: it helped my restless legs and sleep. Try it yourself and see. Your body knows. 🌟

Thanks for the input! Yeah, I've been taking it too and it seems to help. I just hate when they put a 'new study' out and it's basically an ad. I'll read the full paper to check their methods. Appreciate the tips!
