I can't believe these 'magnesium gummies' are basically candy! 5g of sugar per gummy? That's insane. I thought we were trying to be healthy, not eat dessert. Why not just take a pill? #overhyped

I get your point but let's be real - sometimes I need that convenience. I travel a lot and gummies are easy to toss in my bag. Plus, the taste helps me remember to take them. Pills are boring lol

Back in my day we just ate Epsom salt baths for magnesium 😂 But seriously, sugar-loaded gummies seem counterproductive. There are sugar-free options though! I make my own with stevia.

Fair point, but studies show magnesium absorption isn't affected by a little sugar. And honestly, if it gets people to take their supplements, it's a win. Better than no magnesium at all!
