I've been taking these magnesium gummies for a week now and my dreams have been SO vivid and weird. Nothing scary, just super detailed and memorable. Is that normal? I'm a retired nurse and I know magnesium can affect sleep, but this is wild. Anyone else?

Girl YES! I started taking them for leg cramps and now I'm having these epic dreams like I'm in a movie. It's kinda cool actually. But I'm on a budget so I'm just glad they work lol.

Vivid dreams are a known side effect of magnesium supplementation, especially with glycinate form. It's harmless and actually a sign that your body is absorbing it well. I get them too – I'm a digital nomad so I just enjoy the extra adventure while I sleep haha.

Wait, really? I thought I was just drinking too much coffee before bed! I'm a total caffeine addict so I blamed my afternoon latte. But maybe it's the gummies. They do help me sleep deeper though, so I'll take the weird dreams.

Thanks everyone! Good to know it's not just me. I'll stick with them then – the dreams are pretty entertaining actually. Just wanted to make sure my body wasn't rebelling lol.
