Hey all, I was at Costco today and saw these magnesium gummies (brand: Nature's Bounty) on sale for like $12 for 150 count. Normally they're $20+. I'm wondering if this is a steal or if they're lower quality because of the sale? I've been wanting to try magnesium for sleep and muscle recovery. Any thoughts?

OMG I saw those too! I actually bought them last week. I'm not a doctor but I've tried a lot of magnesium supplements. These are magnesium citrate, which is good for relaxation. The sale is just Costco doing their bulk discount thing, not a sign of quality issues. I've been sleeping like a baby. But def check the elemental magnesium per gummy - some are underdosed.

I grabbed a bottle from Target when they had a similar sale. Taste was meh, kinda chalky. But for the price? Can't complain. I'd say if you like the texture, go for it. Just don't expect gourmet candy.

Wait, are these the ones that are like 200mg per 2 gummies? I think I saw a review saying they're fine but not as potent as others. Still, at that price, it's a good intro. I'd maybe take 3-4 if you're used to higher doses. Also, check the expiration date - sometimes sales are because they're short-dated.

Thanks for the input! I'll check the label next time. I think I'll grab a bottle since it's low risk. Appreciate the heads up about the elemental magnesium and expiration.
