Hey everyone! I just saw that Costco has a huge tub of magnesium gummies for like $12.99. Normally these are $25+ online. I’m tempted to stock up, but I’m worried the quality might be lower since it’s so cheap. Anyone tried them? Is it a steal or a dud?

Oh, I remember when magnesium gummies were just a niche thing at health food stores! Now they’re everywhere. I’d say check the label – Costco usually carries reputable brands. Sometimes they just buy in bulk and pass the savings on. I’d grab 'em if I were you!

Costco is legit for supplements. Their Kirkland brand is top-notch. But if it's a different brand, look at the magnesium type – glycinate is best for absorption. Cheap could mean they used oxide which is basically useless. But if it's a good form, that's a steal!

From a chemistry standpoint, price alone doesn't determine quality. Magnesium is cheap raw material. The cost comes from marketing and branding. If it's a well-known brand on sale, go for it. Also check for added sugars – some gummies are basically candy with a sprinkle of Mg.

Thanks all! It's Nature's Bounty brand, and the label says magnesium citrate. 200mg per gummy, 2g sugar. Sounds decent? I think I'll grab a tub and report back!
