THREAD: Magnesium Gummies on sale - too good to be true or just a great deal?Started by OP

Hey everyone! Just spotted some magnesium gummies on clearance at my local Target - they're like 40% off the usual price. I'm tempted to stock up since I take them daily for muscle relaxation, but part of me is wondering... does the lower price mean they're lower quality? Or is this just a steal I shouldn't pass up? Has anyone else seen deals like this at Costco or pharmacies?

OP, great find! As a digital nomad always on the move, I've learned to snag deals when I see them. I picked up magnesium gummies at Costco last month during a sale - same brand I usually get online. Check the expiration date and ingredients list against what you normally buy. Sometimes stores discount items nearing expiry or clearing old packaging. If it's the same formula, go for it! My rule: compare labels, not just prices.

Minimalist perspective here: fewer purchases, but make them count. I'd be cautious. Lower prices can mean cheaper ingredients or additives to cut costs. Look for third-party testing seals (like USP) on the bottle - if it's missing, that might explain the discount. Personally, I stick to my trusted brand even if it costs more. Quality over quantity always. But if you verify it's identical to the full-price version, could be worth it.

Omgg as a yoga instructor, I swear by magnesium for recovery! I've seen sales at my local pharmacy too. Sometimes it's just overstock - not necessarily lower quality. Check if it's a name brand you recognize. Also, taste them when you open the bottle; if they seem off in texture or flavor, that's a red flag. I say trust your gut (literally lol). If they work for you and the ingredients match, enjoy the savings! Namaste 🙏
