So I started taking magnesium gummies for sleep (used to toss and turn all night). Been on them for about 3 weeks now. Sleep is still meh, BUT my skin has never looked better! I've had acne for years and it's like cleared up almost completely. Anyone else notice this? Not complaining, but totally unexpected.

Whoa, that's wild. I take them for sleep too, but mainly because caffeine makes me jittery and I need to calm down. I haven't seen a skin change, but I have noticed I'm way less stressed during the day. Like, my resting heart rate is lower and I don't snap at people as much. Maybe it's the magnesium calming my system? Could be a placebo for skin, but if it works, it works!

Interesting! I'm a marathon runner and started magnesium for muscle cramps. They're gone, but I've also noticed I feel more relaxed after runs, and my recovery time seems faster. Skin? Can't say I've observed, but I'll take any bonus. Maybe the magnesium reduces inflammation, which could help acne too. What brand are you using? I'm on 'Calm Gummies'.

I'm using the 'Sweet Dreams' gummies, extra strength. They've got 200mg per serving. But honestly, I think it might be the magnesium, not the brand. I read that magnesium deficiency can cause skin issues, so maybe we're all just fixing a deficiency without knowing it. Anyway, glad it's not just me!

Good point. I've been drinking more water too since I started them (weird, right?). Maybe that's helping my skin too. But the stress reduction is real. I actually switched from coffee to tea in the afternoon now because the gummies make me feel less anxious. #magicgummies
