My kid thinks magnesium gummies are candy!

OPSo my 5yo found my magnesium gummies and ate like 4 of them. I keep them in a high cabinet but she dragged a chair over. Now she's asking for more "candy". Anyone else deal with this? BTW they're the peach flavor from XYZ brand.

TendonTomYep, happened to me. Now I lock them in my nightstand. Kids are smart lol.

RhinoRich369That's why I switched to a vegan brand that tastes like dirt. No kid would touch them. But seriously, watch the dosage - magnesium can cause diarrhea. Might want to call poison control if she ate more than recommended.

TendonTom493My wife does the same thing with my melatonin gummies. I hide them in my lunchbox now. For the texture issue - my kid hates the chewy ones but loves the melt-in-mouth type. Maybe try a different brand?
