Hey guys, stumbled upon this study (PMID: 34567890) claiming magnesium glycinate gummies have way better absorption than other forms. But the funding was from a supplement company. Thoughts? Seems sketch to me but the numbers look good.

Bro, I've been using those for my post-workout recovery and they work great. But yeah, industry-funded studies are always sus. Still, if the methodology is solid, might be worth trying. Anyone else experience with glycinate?

I read that study too! The sample size was only 50 people, so not huge. But glycinate is generally well-absorbed anecdotally. I track my sleep with Oura ring and noticed deeper sleep after switching to glycinate gummies. So for me, it's legit regardless of the study.

I'm vegan so I check if gummies are plant-based. Glycinate is usually synthetic, but some brands use vegan capsules. The study didn't specify the gummy base. Also, industry funding = red flag. I'd look for independent research. But magnesium is essential, so whatever works.
