Found this article about Sleep Week deals - some good discounts on supplements. I'm thinking of stocking up on magnesium gummies since they help me sleep. What do you all think? https://example.com/sleep-deals

Magnesium is a game-changer for sleep! I take a glycinate form, but gummies are convenient. Just watch the sugar content if you're strict keto. Some brands sneak in maltitol or cane sugar. Also, check if they use magnesium oxide - that's not as absorbable. My fave is a pectin-based gummy with citrate. Def grab a deal if it's a good brand!

I'm all about paleo, so I avoid most gummies cause they have additives. But if you find one with clean ingredients like tapioca syrup and no artificial colors, it's fine. I've been using a powder instead, but for convenience, I might try the gummies if the deal is right. Let us know what brand you find!

I snagged a pack of magnesium gummies during last year's Sleep Week and they worked great! I'm an early adopter of anything sleep-related lol. The key is to take them 30 mins before bed. I got the ones with melatonin and chamomile - knocked me out. Just be careful if you have to wake up early. Anyway, thanks for sharing! I'll check the deals.

Thanks for the tips! I'll look for one with clean ingredients and maybe a combo with melatonin. @IndigoIris799 which brand did you get? I'm leaning towards a deal on Nature's Bounty or Olly. Appreciate the help!
