Hey all, saw this article about Sleep Week supplement deals and wondered what you think. I'm a yoga instructor and always looking for natural ways to help my students (and myself) sleep better. Magnesium gummies seem popular, but are they effective? The article mentions discounts on several brands. Link: example.com/sleep-week-deals *** # Get better rest for less with these Sleep Week supplement deals As the focus on sleep health continues to grow, major retailers are leveraging "Sleep Week"β€”often coinciding with the World Slee... *** Anyone tried these? Would love to hear your experiences.

Thanks for sharing, Quincy! As an eco-warrior, I'm always cautious about supplements. Magnesium gummies often come in plastic bottles with non-recyclable caps, which defeats the purpose if you're trying to be sustainable. But I did try a brand that uses compostable packaging – can't remember the name. The gummies themselves helped me relax, but I prefer magnesium oil or Epsom salt baths. Less waste, more absorption! Just my two cents. 🌿

Med student here. Magnesium is legit for sleep, especially glycinate or citrate. Gummies are okay but often have lower elemental magnesium and added sugar. If you're gonna buy, check the label for actual magnesium content per gummy. Also, Sleep Week deals can be good but compare prices – sometimes they mark up before discounting. I use magnesium powder, cheaper and no gelatin. But for those who hate pills, gummies are a decent alternative. Just don't expect miracles.

Thanks Ursula and Rose! Good points. I didn't think about the packaging, Ursula. And Rose, I'll definitely check the elemental magnesium – had no idea. Maybe I'll look for a powder instead. Anyone else have a favorite brand that's eco-friendly and effective?

@QuantumQuincy672 I'll dig up the name of that brand with compostable packaging. I think it was 'Nature's Calm' or something? They might have a Sleep Week deal too. Will post if I find it. Also, Rose, thanks for the tip on elemental magnesium – I'll check my current bottle!
