Hey everyone! I've been taking these magnesium gummies for about a month now and WOW - what a game changer! I used to toss and turn all night, but now I'm getting the most restful sleep of my life. Plus, they're made with organic ingredients and no artificial sweeteners. Has anyone else experienced better digestion or reduced muscle cramps? I'm thinking of switching my whole family to them!

Okay, but how do they actually TASTE? I tried some magnesium citrate powder last year and it was like drinking chalk water. If these gummies are actually palatable, I might be willing to give them a shot. Olivia - what flavor did you get? Are they super sweet or more subtle? I'm worried about that artificial candy aftertaste some supplements have.

I'm skeptical about the packaging waste with these gummy supplements. All those plastic bottles! Plus, I worry about giving my kids something that looks like candy but is actually medicine. Has anyone found a brand that uses sustainable packaging? And what's the sugar content like? My pediatrician said we should watch added sugars in supplements.

Let's talk science. Most magnesium gummies use magnesium citrate or oxide, which have poor bioavailability compared to glycinate or threonate. The studies I've read suggest you'd need to take 3-4 gummies to get an effective dose, which means more sugar and fillers. Has anyone checked the actual elemental magnesium content per serving? I'd rather take a capsule with a higher absorption rate.

Great points everyone! Ellen - the brand I use has a recycling program for their bottles, and they're BPA-free. Kevin - you're right about absorption! I take the glycinate version specifically. They're a bit more expensive but worth it. And HubermanHopeful - they taste like natural berry flavor, not too sweet! My kids actually ask for them (supervised of course). Anyone have brand recommendations?

Thanks for the details Olivia! I might give the berry ones a try. Kevin makes a good point though - if I need to take multiple gummies to get the right dose, that's a lot of extra stuff going into my body. Has anyone done blood tests before and after to see actual magnesium level changes? Or is this more of a 'feel the difference' supplement?
