So I started taking magnesium gummies about 2 weeks ago to help with my sleep (I'm a med student, stress is real lol). Last night I was putting on moisturizer and noticed my skin looks... brighter? Smoother? I didn't change anything else in my routine. Could the magnesium be doing this? Anyone else experience this?

Hey Dewy, not surprised! Magnesium is a cofactor for hundreds of enzymes, including those involved in skin repair and collagen synthesis. Plus, better sleep = better skin, so it's a double whammy. I've seen clients get clearer skin and reduced inflammation from mag supplementation. It's the unsung hero!

That's interesting. I'm on keto and take magnesium for cramps, but I've noticed my mood is way better. Like, less anxious? I thought it was just the carbs, but maybe it's the gummies. They're also my only sweet treat now, so that helps. My skin is still meh though, so maybe it's the sleep thing.

Magnesium is a godsend. I take it for muscle recovery, but I've read studies showing it can reduce cortisol, so that might help with stress-related skin breakouts. Also, check the gummy ingredients - some have vitamin C or biotin which could be contributing to the glow. Either way, keep it up!
