Weird side effect: bright neon yellow pee after magnesium gummies?
Hey everyone, I've been taking these magnesium gummies for about a week now (the brand is NutriBoost, if it matters) and I noticed my urine is super bright yellow, almost neon! I'm not dehydrated or taking any other supplements. It's not painful or anything, just weird. Anyone else experience this or am I alone here?
Haha, yeah that's totally normal! It's probably just the riboflavin (vitamin B2) they add to the gummies. I had the same thing when I took these energy gummies once. As long as it's not painful, you're good to go. 😄
Oh wow, I thought I was the only one! I've been having super vivid dreams too, like really intense storylines. But the pee thing happened to me as well. Must be the magnesium or something else in the gummies. I actually kinda like the dreams, they're like free movies haha.
Count me in on the neon pee club! 😂 I did some research and it's usually harmless – often from excess B vitamins or certain food dyes. Magnesium gummies sometimes have added colors. So don't worry, but always check the label or consult a doc if it bothers you. For me, it stopped after a couple of weeks.
