Which magnesium gummy flavor is actually the best?

So I've been using magnesium gummies for sleep and I love the raspberry flavor, but I just tried the lemon and it's awful. Like, super bitter and weird aftertaste. I'm about to order more and want to know what flavor everyone else thinks is the best. I don't want to waste money on another dud. Any consensus out there?

I've tried a few brands. Honestly, the berry flavors are usually safe. But the orange one? Tastes like a vitamin C chew, not bad but not great. If you want something neutral, the unflavored kind is the way to go - just mix it into smoothies. But you're asking about gummies, so maybe go with a mixed berry. You can't go wrong with that.

I'm new to magnesium gummies (just started for meditation focus). I got the cherry flavor and it's pretty good, not too sweet. But my sister says the peach is where it's at. I guess it's all subjective. Maybe you could buy a variety pack if they have one? That's what I did - got a sample pack and found my fave.

I've been intermittent fasting and use these as a little treat at night. The strawberry is my go-to, but I've also liked the watermelon. The lemon you mentioned - yeah, that one is gross. I think the key is to avoid citrus flavors because they tend to clash with the magnesium. Stick to sweet fruit flavors like berry or tropical ones. Also, check the sweetener - some use stevia which can have a bitter aftertaste.

Thanks for the input! Seems like berry is the safe bet. I'll probably get the mixed berry next time. But yeah, steer clear of lemon - that was a mistake. Appreciate the tips!
