Anyone else get weirdly vivid dreams from melatonin gummies?
I've been taking melatonin gummies for about a week now (3mg before bed) and my dreams have been INSANE. Like, full-blown movie plots that I remember in detail when I wake up. Not bad, just... weird. Anyone else?
Oh yes! I had the same thing. I actually looked it up – it's a known side effect. My kids think it's hilarious when I tell them about my "adventures" lol. But honestly, it's not harmful, just vivid. I actually kinda like it now.
Interesting! I just started taking them for meditation sleep prep and I noticed my dreams are more colorful. Not scary, just vibrant. I thought it was just me. Glad it's normal!

Lol do it! I've been keeping a dream journal for a few months now. Some of them are hilarious. Just don't take too high a dose – I accidentally took 10mg once and my dreams were so intense I woke up tired haha.
