Just read this article about the best sleep products of 2026. They hype up some new gadgets, but I'm still loyal to melatonin gummies. Anyone else tried the new tart cherry ones? https://example.com/article

Ugh, another listicle. I swear by my lavender pillow spray and a consistent bedtime routine. Melatonin gummies are ok but I prefer natural sources like valerian root. Plus, those gummies often have too much sugar.

I'm a fitness junkie so sleep is crucial. I take melatonin gummies occasionally but I've found that a weighted blanket + no screens after 9pm works better. The gummies can leave me groggy if I take them too late.

Honestly, I think the article is just paid promotion. I tried their top pick 'dream machine' and it was a waste. Melatonin gummies are tried and true for me. IndigoIris, I like the sugar-free ones from that brand with the leaf logo.
