Just saw this article about those new tummy-soothing melatonin gummies for kids. Sounds interesting but I'm torn. Do they actually work? Anyone tried them? Link: https://example.com/article

Honestly, I'm skeptical about melatonin for kids unless it's a severe case. But these gummies claim to be gentle on the stomach? That's promising. As a wellness influencer, I'd say check with your pediatrician first. The trend is real though, I've seen a few brands popping up.

My kid has been using a different brand for months. Works great for jet lag when we travel. But I'd be cautious about daily use. The article says 'tummy-soothing' which is nice cause some gummies upset the stomach. Def worth a shot if your doc says ok.

I'd rather drink coffee to stay awake than give my kids melatonin. Lol but seriously, I think sleep hygiene is better in the long run. These gummies are just a quick fix. Plus, I've heard melatonin can mess with natural production. YMMV.

Yeah I'm leaning towards trying them for my 8yo who has trouble winding down. We've tried everything else. Might as well give it a go, but only occasionally. Thanks for the input, everyone!
