Hey all, I'm going on a long haul flight and then a hiking trip. I usually take melatonin gummies to sleep, but I'm worried they might melt in my bag or get flagged by TSA. Any tips on carrying them? Are they okay in carry-on? Do they melt if it gets warm in the cabin?

I take my keto-friendly melatonin gummies everywhere. They're fine in a carry-on. TSA doesn't care about gummies, just keep them in the original bottle or a labeled bag. As for melting, I've never had an issue. Just keep them in your personal item not in the hot cargo hold. Also, don't forget to stay hydrated on the plane!

According to TSA guidelines, solid supplements like gummies are allowed in carry-on and checked bags. No liquid restrictions apply. For melting, most gummy formulations have a melting point above typical cabin temps (the cabin stays around 70-75°F). But if you're hiking in hot weather, consider storing them in a cool pouch. Pro tip: a small insulated lunch bag works great.

haha yeah I've taken gummies all over the place. Never had them melt on me. But if you're worried, just put them in a ziplock and then in your cooler for hiking. Also, I always bring a few extra in a pill container just in case. TSA sees pills all the time, they don't bat an eye.

Thanks everyone! I'll just put them in my carry-on in a labeled bag. And I'll bring a small cooler for the hiking part. Appreciate all the advice!
