THREAD: My melatonin gummies changed color and got hard - are they still safe to take?Started by OP

Hey everyone, I've been using these melatonin gummies for a few months to help with sleep, but I just noticed something weird. The bottle was in my bathroom cabinet, and when I opened it today, some of the gummies look lighter in color and feel really hard. A few are stuck together too. They're not expired yet, but I'm worried about eating them. Has this happened to anyone else? Are they still safe?

Ah, my friend, this is a sign from nature! When gummies change like that, it's often due to moisture or temperature shifts affecting the natural ingredients. I'd advise against consuming them—your body deserves pure, unaltered nourishment. Consider switching to a holistic approach like chamomile tea or meditation before bed. The universe is telling you to reconnect with simpler remedies.

Ugh, I feel you! As a night shift worker, I rely on melatonin gummies too, and this happens to mine all the time if I leave them in my car or a warm spot. It's usually just sugar bloom or them drying out—totally normal and safe from what I've read. But if they smell off or look moldy, toss 'em. Pro tip: store them somewhere cool and dry, like a kitchen cabinet. Still, maybe check the expiry date just in case!

Minimalist here. This is why I avoid gummies—too many additives and storage issues. Stick to basic melatonin pills; they're more stable and less wasteful. If your gummies changed, it's likely harmless, but why risk it? Simplify your routine and reduce clutter in your life. Toss them and opt for something more straightforward.
