Just read this article about the best sleep products of 2026. Seems like melatonin gummies are still top tier! Anyone here tried the new ones from Olly or Nature's Bounty? I'm always on the hunt for better sleep, between work and workouts. Thoughts?

OMG yes! I've been using melatonin gummies for months now. The trick is to get the ones with L-theanine too. They're a game changer for winding down. I always check the label for added sugar though - some are basically candy!

Honestly, I'm more into minimalism. I'd rather fix my sleep hygiene than rely on supplements. But if you do use gummies, make sure they're low dose. 1-3mg is plenty for most people. Also, avoid them if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.

I'm a yoga instructor, so I'm all about natural sleep aids. But I've had clients who swear by melatonin gummies. Just remember, they're not a magic bullet. Pair them with a calming bedtime routine and maybe some chamomile tea. And don't forget to get some morning sunlight to regulate your circadian rhythm!
