THREAD: Traveling with Melatonin Gummies - Do They Melt? TSA Tips?Started by OP

Hey everyone! I'm planning a trip next month - mix of flying, road tripping, and some hiking. I rely on melatonin gummies to help me sleep in new places. Has anyone traveled with these before? Do they melt in heat (like in a car or backpack)? Also, what's the deal with TSA - are they cool with gummy supplements? Any storage tips would be awesome!

I've been taking traditional supplements for years, and I always stick to pills when traveling. Gummies are too unpredictable - they can definitely get sticky or melt if left in a hot car. For air travel, TSA allows supplements in carry-ons, but I'd keep them in original packaging to avoid questions. Personally, I'd switch to tablet melatonin for travel - more reliable.

Oh yeah, learned this the hard way on a photography trip to Arizona last summer! My gummies turned into a gooey mess in my backpack after a hike. Now I use a small insulated lunch bag with an ice pack if I'm bringing them outdoors. For flights, I just toss the bottle in my carry-on - never had TSA even look twice. Pro tip: keep them in the hotel mini-fridge if available!

The energy of your supplements matters during travel! Melatonin gummies carry earth elements that can become unbalanced with temperature extremes. I recommend storing them in a natural fiber pouch (like cotton or hemp) rather than plastic. For air travel, hold the container in your hands during security - the human touch maintains vibrational integrity. And definitely avoid direct sunlight!

Make sure your gummies are vegan-certified! Many contain gelatin from animals. For travel, I use a stainless steel container instead of plastic - better for the planet and keeps temperature more stable. TSA has never stopped me, but I always have the ingredient list ready just in case. If hiking, wrap the container in a bandana for insulation. Safe travels!
