So I've been using the melatonin gummies for a few weeks now. I LOVE the blueberry ones – they taste like real blueberries and help me sleep like a baby. But I grabbed a bottle of strawberry by mistake and OMG it's like eating medicine-flavored plastic. Am I alone here? What's the ultimate flavor I should buy next? Help me out!

I'm all about sugar-free versions. The blueberry sugar-free is decent, but I've found the best flavor is the orange (tastes like a gummy vitamin, not artificial). Strawberry is trash, no matter what. Avoid it. Also check the carbs – some brands add hidden sugars.

As a retired nurse, I'd say flavor doesn't matter if you're not getting quality melatonin. But if you want my two cents: mixed berry is the safest bet. It's not as sweet as blueberry but doesn't have that weird aftertaste strawberry does. My grandkids love the grape – kids seem to like grape, so maybe that?

Wait, there's melatonin gummies?? I've been chugging coffee all day and I need sleep. Flavor-wise, I'm a sucker for anything sour – like sour peach or watermelon. Not sure if they make melatonin in those, but if they did, I'd buy a truckload. Strawberry is indeed gross. Team Blueberry!
