Okay, so I've been using melatonin gummies to help with my sleep for a while now. I absolutely LOVE the cherry flavor – it's like a treat before bed. But last time I bought a mixed pack and tried the orange ones, and wow, they were terrible! So now I'm scared to buy a new bottle. What's the consensus on the best flavor? I don't want to waste money on a flavor I'll hate.

I hear you, Dewy! As a retired nurse, I've seen patients struggle with sleep, and flavor can make or break consistency. For me, the berry flavors are usually a safe bet – they're sweet but not too overpowering. Have you tried the raspberry or strawberry ones? They tend to be crowd-pleasers. Also, some brands have natural flavors that are less artificial tasting, which might help.

Haha, I'm all about that natural vibe. I usually go for the ones with no artificial colors or flavors – they taste more like real fruit. My favorite is the lemon-lime or green apple, they're refreshing. But remember, the melatonin is the same, so it's all about what you enjoy. Maybe get a small pack of different flavors to test before committing to a big bottle.

As someone who spends a lot of time outdoors, I appreciate a flavor that doesn't linger too much. I find the white peach or mango ones are subtle and not too sweet. But I also think the texture matters – some gummies are too soft or too chewy. Does anyone else have a preference for texture? And Dewy, if you're really picky, maybe just stick with the cherry you love – why fix what's not broken?
