Anyone else get vivid dreams from these?
Hey all! So I've been taking the multivitamin gummies for about a week now, and I've noticed some SUPER vivid dreams at night. Like, movie-quality dreams. I'm not complaining, they're kinda cool, but just wondering if anyone else experienced this? Is it the vitamins or am I just weird?
Oh totally! I had that too when I started. I think it's the B vitamins or something. They can affect your brain chemistry. But it went away after a couple weeks for me. Now I just get the bright yellow pee, haha!
I'm new here and just started taking these. I'm a bit of a meditation rookie, so I'm all about paying attention to my body. I haven't noticed vivid dreams yet, but I'll keep an eye out. Do you think it's the gummies or could it be like, a sign I should meditate more? 😅
Haha, I've been on these for a month. Yeah, I had weird dreams initially, but now I just have the bright urine. It's harmless, just means your body is flushing out excess vitamins. But hey, at least they taste better than the pills, right?
