Are gummy vitamins just candy in disguise?

I started taking multivitamin gummies for convenience, but I just read the label and they have 5g of sugar per serving! That's like a candy. I might as well eat a gummy bear. Is there any real benefit, or am I fooling myself?

I hear you, KaleKen429! But honestly, gummies are a game-changer for people who hate pills. I've converted my whole family. The sugar is a trade-off. If you're worried, look for sugar-free options or take them with a healthy diet. They still deliver vitamins, just in a yummier form. #wellness

As a busy professional, I don't have time to research every vitamin. Gummies are quick and I actually remember to take them. Yeah, sugar isn't ideal, but I'm also not eating a whole bag. Moderation is key. Plus, some brands use natural sweeteners. Not perfect, but better than nothing.

Honestly, they're just overpriced candy to me. I give my kids real food and a chewable tablet if needed. But I get the appeal. Still, I'd rather spend money on actual nutrients than sugar and gelatin. And the 'candy-fication' of health is a slippery slope for kids, ya know?

Thanks for the input, everyone. I guess I'll try a sugar-free brand and watch my diet. But I do feel a bit deceived by the marketing. They make it seem like healthy candy. I'll stick to gummies for now, but I'll be more mindful.
