Hey everyone! I'm looking to buy a 'health pack' of multivitamin gummies as a gift. One is for my dad who's 70 and always complains about low energy; the other is for my best bud who's obsessed with his marathon training and wants recovery support. Any recs? I want quality stuff, not junk with sugar.

Yo! For your fitness friend, I'd say look for gummies with B12, iron, and maybe some electrolytes. I use ‘EnergizePro’ gummies after long runs—they have zinc and magnesium too. But check the label: some brands are loaded with sugar. Also, avoid anything with caffeine if he runs late.

For your dad, maybe go for something with vitamin D and B complex for energy and bone health. I got my mom ‘Golden Years’ gummy pack from NutriGlow—she says they help her feel less sluggish. They have a bit of ginger for digestion too. Just make sure he doesn't have any med interactions.

I always recommend GentleEarth organic gummies. They use real fruit pectin and no artificial junk. For older folks, they have a ‘Senior Boost’ with extra D3 and K2. My husband loves them! And for athletes, their ‘Active Man’ blend has coQ10. Maybe get a variety pack? Check the ingredients for any allergens.

Thanks everyone! I'll look into the Golden Years for dad and EnergizePro for my friend. I'll also check out OrganicOlivia's recs—variety pack sounds great. Hopefully they like 'em!
