THREAD: Can I take my multivitamin gummies with my morning coffee?Started by OP

Hey everyone, I've been taking these multivitamin gummies for a few weeks now and I usually have them with my morning coffee. Just realized I never checked if that's okay? Does coffee mess with the absorption or something? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Great question! As a biohacker, I've tested this. Caffeine can interfere with certain minerals like iron and calcium absorption. I'd recommend taking your gummies at least 30 mins before or after coffee. Better yet, pair them with a fat source like avocado or nuts for optimal fat-soluble vitamin uptake. Track your energy levels if you make the switch!

Honestly, I'm skeptical about both. Those gummies are just sugar and synthetic vitamins - your body barely uses them. And coffee on an empty stomach? Recipe for jitters. Save your money and eat real food instead. A handful of berries and some greens will do more than any gummy.

Keep it simple. I take one multivitamin gummy with breakfast, coffee or not. The dose is so small it probably doesn't matter. More important things to worry about. People overcomplicate supplements.

From a holistic perspective, timing matters! Coffee is acidic and can disrupt your gut's natural balance when combined with supplements. Try having your gummies with lemon water first, then coffee 20 minutes later. Listen to your body's wisdom - if you feel off, adjust!
