Hey everyone! I've been taking these berry-flavored multivitamin gummies every morning for about a month now. I usually have them with my breakfast, which includes a big cup of coffee. Lately I've been wondering if the caffeine or acidity in the coffee might interfere with the absorption of the vitamins? Or maybe it's totally fine? Would love to hear your experiences!

omg i literally live on coffee and gummies lol. i take my multivitamin gummies with my first cup every single day. haven't noticed any issues tbh. if anything, i feel more energized but that's probably the caffeine talking haha. my doc said it's fine as long as i'm not overdoing either one. but yeah, coffee first, gummies right after - my morning ritual!

Thanks for sharing! From a holistic perspective, I'd suggest being mindful about timing. Coffee can affect nutrient absorption, especially iron and B vitamins which are common in multivitamins. Maybe try spacing them out by 30 minutes? Also, consider if your gummies have calcium - caffeine can interfere with that too. Listen to your body's signals!

wait really? i had no idea about the calcium thing. my gummies do have calcium... maybe i'll try having my coffee first then the gummies like an hour later? but tbh that sounds hard, i need both asap in the morning lol. has anyone actually felt different when they separate them?

It's all about balance! If you're feeling good with your current routine and your blood work is normal, it might be working for you. Everyone's body chemistry is different. Maybe try the separation for a week and see if you notice any changes? And remember - whole foods should be your primary vitamin source, gummies are just supplemental!
