Hey everyone! I tried making my own multivitamin gummies with gelatin and a powder I mixed from Vit C, B12, and D3. I used a standard jelly recipe but they came out super sticky and never set properly. Any tips? I used grass-fed gelatin and a bit of honey for taste.

OMG love this idea! 💚 I've made them before and the key is to bloom the gelatin in cold water first, then heat gently – no boiling! Also maybe too much honey? Honey can inhibit setting. Try using stevia instead!

Yo, I'm an amateur chef but I've experimented a lot. What ratio of gelatin to liquid did you use? For firm gummies, I do 1 tbsp gelatin per 1/2 cup liquid. Also, add a bit of citric acid – helps with taste and setting! Did you cook it too long? Overheating ruins gelatin strength.

I remember my grandma making fruit jellies. She always said patience is key – let them cool at room temp before refrigerating. Also, those vitamin powders might have fillers that mess with the gel. I'd try using liquid extracts instead. Nostalgic vibes though! 🍇

Keto here! Ditch the honey and use a keto-friendly sweetener. Also consider agar if gelatin spike your insulin? Not sure. But I find using powdered electrolytes (magnesium, potassium) works great – just reduce liquid a bit. Keep macros clean!
