Hey all, need some help picking out gummy vitamins as gifts. My dad is turning 70 and my best friend is a total gym nut (like, obsessively tracks macros). What's the best 'health pack' or specific gummies for these two? I want something thoughtful but also effective.

For your dad, definitely look for a multivitamin with extra B12 and D3 - old folks often lack those. For the gym rat, maybe something with electrolytes or joint support? But careful, some have caffeine. I'd avoid those unless he wants a pre-workout gummy. Haha.

Ohh, I love this! For your dad, I'd suggest a gummy with added CoQ10 or turmeric for heart and joints. For your friend, maybe a collagen gummy for recovery, or a greens supplement if he's not into veggies. But always check the sugar content - some gummies are candy in disguise!

Back in my day, we didn't have fancy gummies, just chalky tablets. But honestly, for your dad, anything with saw palmetto for prostate health is a win. For your gym bro, maybe a zinc and magnesium combo for testosterone and sleep. And make sure they're sugar-free, no one needs extra empty calories.

I'm all about clean ingredients. For your dad, look for gummies sweetened with monk fruit or stevia, not corn syrup. For the gym friend, if he's paleo like me, he might appreciate a vitamin D3+K2 gummy - great for bones and immune. Just don't get anything with artificial dyes. Good luck!
