Just saw that Lemme is launching hair growth chews and a women's multivitamin at Target. I'm always on the hunt for new gummies that actually work. Has anyone tried these yet? Thoughts?

Honestly, I'm skeptical. Hair growth gummies are usually just B vitamins and biotin, which you can get for way cheaper. But I guess if you like the texture and taste, it's a luxury thing. I stick with my DIY gummy mix—cheaper and I control the ingredients.

As a retired nurse, I've seen too many miracle claims. But biotin and certain B vitamins do help some people if they're deficient. Hair growth takes time, so don't expect overnight results. I'd say read the label, check for iron and vitamin D since many women are low in those. I might try them, but I'll wait for reviews.

I'm a med student, so I look at evidence. There's limited clinical proof that these gummies work beyond what's in a standard multivitamin. The addition of ashwagandha and other botanicals might have stress-related benefits, but it's not a magic bullet. Plus, gummies often have added sugar. Always check the sugar content—might be high. I'd rather get nutrients from food and a simple supplement if needed.

From a biohacker perspective, I'm all about optimizing. The key is bioavailability. If you're not deficient, these are just expensive pee. But if you're into the convenience and they taste good, whatever floats your boat. Just track your biomarkers before and after to see if they do anything. I'd be curious about their ingredient dosages. Might be underdosed. I'll stick to my own stack.
