Hey all, I just started taking the Forum's Multivitamin Gummies and I also take a separate B12 gummy (the 5000mcg ones from another brand). Is it safe to take both together? I don't want to overdo it on any vitamins. Anyone else do this?

Honestly, you're probably wasting money on that B12 gummy. The multivitamin probably already has a good dose of B12. Plus, your body can only absorb so much at once - you'll just pee out the excess. But to answer your question, it's safe, just might not be effective. I'd ditch the extra gummy.

Yeah, what Pete said. Plus, always check the labels for total vitamin A and D - those can build up in your system. But B12 is water-soluble, so it's fine. I'd just take them at different times of the day to avoid any stomach upset. But honestly, one gummy should be enough.

I agree with the others. Also, if you're on a keto diet like me, make sure those gummies don't have added sugar. Some do, and that can kick you out of ketosis. But mixing them is fine. Just don't go crazy with extra supplements unless you're deficient.

I take both too! I like the B12 for energy, and I've never noticed any issues. I just take them with breakfast. But I also eat super clean, so maybe that helps. Just listen to your body - if you feel jittery or weird, maybe cut back. And stay hydrated!
