Multivitamin gummies giving anyone else vivid dreams?

RootRose80I've been on these multivitamin gummies for about a week now, and I've been having the most vivid, crazy dreams! It's not bad, just weird. Anyone else experience this?

AlphaAdam365Yeah, I noticed that too when I started. I think it's the B vitamins. I just take them in the morning now, and it seems to help. Dreams are less wild.

VitalVinceHold up - vivid dreams? I've been taking gummies for months and haven't had that. Could be placebo? Or maybe it's something else in your diet. My kid takes them and no complaints.
