Just saw this study (PMID: 12345678) that says melatonin gummies often have way more melatonin than labeled. My kid takes them for sleep and now I'm worried. Is this legit or just scaremongering? Thoughts?

I read that too! Honestly, I've been skeptical of melatonin gummies for a while. We use chamomile and lavender instead. But I think the study is legit – ConsumerLab found similar stuff. Better check the brand you're using.

Melatonin is a hormone, not a vitamin. I'd avoid it for kids. The study seems legit, but even if dosages were accurate, I wouldn't give it to my family. Try magnesium or just a consistent bedtime routine.

Thanks guys. Yeah, we've been using the Olly brand. Guess I need to find a more reliable source or switch to something else. Any recs for sleep support that actually works?

For sleep, we love a warm bath with Epsom salts (magnesium!) and some tart cherry juice. Goli has a good cherry gummy but no melatonin. Also, make sure no screens before bed. Good luck!
