Just read this study (PMID: 12345678) claiming that high-dose vitamin C gummies can reduce cold duration by 30%. Sounds too good to be true. Anyone else seen this? Is this study legit or just funded by big supplement companies?

Hey! I saw that too. It's promising but remember, individual results may vary. I've been taking vitamin C gummies for years and I swear they help me. But correlation ≠ causation, you know? Still, if it works for you, keep at it!

I'd take that with a grain of salt. Most of these studies are done with high-dose synthetic vitamin C, not exactly what's in your gummies. And they often conflict with other research. Better to check if it's peer-reviewed and if they controlled for placebo. But hey, if it gets you to eat more gummies, that's a win for your taste buds!

Good points. I'm just skeptical because I've seen so many fads. Plus I'm paleo, so I prefer getting vitamins from whole foods. But maybe a gummy is okay for convenience. Anyone tried a specific brand that works?
