hey everyone, so i've been taking these multivitamin gummies for about a week now (the berry flavor, yum!) and last night i had the most vivid, crazy dreams. like, i remember every detail and they felt so real. is this a thing? anyone else experience this? just curious if it's the gummies or just my brain being weird lol

oh wow, i haven't had that with gummies but i've heard that B vitamins, especially B6, can cause vivid dreams. i take a separate B complex and definitely notice more intense dreaming. maybe it's just your body adjusting to the extra vitamins? could be the gummies. if it's not bothering you, i wouldn't worry. but i'd mention it to your doc if it gets intense.

as a keto believer, i'm all about optimizing health. vivid dreams are often a sign of vitamin B6 or B12 doing their thing. your brain is probably just processing more efficiently. but also, keep an eye on your sleep quality. some gummies have added sugar which might affect your sleep. are you taking them at night? i take mine in the morning to avoid any sleep disruption.

i'm a busy professional and i take gummies for convenience. i've actually noticed something else: my urine is super bright yellow! freaked me out at first but then i read it's just excess riboflavin (B2) being peed out. harmless, but it's a weird side effect. i haven't noticed vivid dreams though. maybe i'm not paying attention haha
