Just started taking these multivitamin gummies cuz my doc said I need more D and B12 for night shift. But seriously, they taste like candy! Like... are these even real supplements or just sugar pills with a sprinkle of vitamins? I feel like I'm eating candy instead of being healthy. Anyone else feel the same?

Totally get you, but check the label! I only use brands with <2g sugar per serving. Some are literally 5g+ sugar, that’s insane. There are good sugar-free ones out there if you look. For me, convenience wins because I’d never take pills regularly. But yeah, the candy-fication is real.

From a holistic perspective, the sugar can actually hinder absorption of some nutrients. I always recommend liquid or capsule forms for purity. Gummies are convenient but they’re basically candy, as you said. Your body is a temple, not a candy shop! Maybe try a high-quality powder mixed in water.

Thanks for the tips. Maybe I'll switch to capsules if I can find one that don't make me gag. But honestly, the flavor makes it easier to remember to take them. Even if it's a bit of candy feeling.
