Hey everyone! I'm going on a trip soon (plane + hiking). I want to bring my multivitamin gummies, but I'm worried they'll melt in my luggage or on the trail. Also, what's the deal with TSA? Can I bring them in my carry-on? Any storage tips?

I've brought gummies on plenty of flights. They're fine in carry-on, just keep them in their original container to avoid questions. As for melting, I've had mine get soft in hot car, but not a total mess. I put them in a small cooler bag with an ice pack for long trips.

TSA is chill, just like gummies lol. But yeah, original bottle is key. For hiking, I use a small pill organizer but wrap it in a bandana. They might get a bit sticky if it's really hot, but they're still edible.

I'm all about eco-friendly storage! I use a beeswax wrap instead of plastic baggies. Keeps them coolish and no plastic. Also, if you freeze them overnight before you leave, they stay solid longer. Just don't eat 'em frozen, haha.

Pro tip: Put them in a hard case like an old pill bottle, and wrap it in a damp cloth. The evaporation cools them down. Or just stick with the original bottle and keep it in your backpack's top pocket, away from body heat. You'll be fine.
