Hey all, busy professional here who's constantly on the go. I've got a business trip coming up with multiple flights, and I'm wondering about my daily multivitamin gummies. Do they melt in checked luggage? What about carry-on with TSA? I don't want sticky vitamins ruining my laptop bag! Any storage tips for road trips or hiking would be great too. Thanks!

Oh I've totally dealt with this! As an amateur chef, I've learned that gummies can definitely get soft in heat. On a road trip last summer, mine got all stuck together in the glove compartment. My tip: use a small insulated lunch bag with a freezer pack if you're traveling by car. For planes, I put mine in a hard plastic container in my carry-on - TSA hasn't stopped me yet, but they're in original packaging just in case. They're technically supplements, not liquids, so you should be fine!

DIY enthusiast here! I actually made my own travel solution for this. I took an old mint tin, lined it with parchment paper (eco-friendly!), and put my daily gummies in there. It's rigid so they don't get crushed, and the metal helps with temperature a bit. For TSA - I've flown with gummies in both original bottles and my DIY tin, never had issues. Just make sure the container is clearly labeled if it's not original packaging. For hiking, keep them in the middle of your pack, not in an outer pocket that gets sun exposure.

HEALTH NUT ALERT! 🚨 This is SO important for maintaining your wellness routine while traveling! I've traveled to 15 countries with my gummies. TSA rules: supplements are allowed in both carry-on and checked bags. BUT here's my pro tip: the cabin pressure and temperature changes CAN make them sticky. I always put mine in a ziplock inside my carry-on, and I never check them because luggage compartments get HOT. For hiking, I use a small thermos! The insulation keeps them perfect. Remember everyone - consistency is key for those vitamin benefits! 💪
