Headed on a long road trip and also flying soon. I take multivitamin gummies daily but worried they'll melt in the car or get flagged by TSA. Any advice? Do they hold up in heat? Can I pack them in carry-on? Storage tips appreciated! 🕵️‍♂️

Hey! I travel all the time with my gummies. TSA is totally fine with them – just keep in original bottle or a clear bag. As for melting, avoid leaving them in a hot car. I use a small insulated pouch with an ice pack for road trips. For flights, carry-on is fine, cabin temp is cool enough. Safe travels! ✈️

Oh dear, I've had gummies melt in my purse on a hot day! 😩 Now I always put them in a little cooler bag with a reusable ice pack. Also, check the ingredients – some have a lower melting point. And yes, TSA hasn't given me any trouble. Just make sure they're in a labeled container.

Biohacker here! Melting can degrade some nutrients, so keep 'em cool. I use a vacuum-insulated water bottle to store my gummies – works like a charm. Also, TSA rules: solid supplements are fine, just declare if asked. Pro tip: freeze them before a trip; they thaw slowly and stay intact.

Great tips, everyone! I think I'll go with the insulated pouch idea and keep them in my carry-on. Thanks for the peace of mind. 🙌
