Weird side effect from my multivitamin gummies - anyone else?
Hey everyone, been taking these multivitamin gummies for about 2 weeks now (the berry flavored ones from Nature's Way). They taste great and I feel more energetic, but I've noticed something weird - my urine is BRIGHT neon yellow, like highlighter pen yellow! It's not painful or anything, just... alarming looking lol. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this with their gummies? Should I be worried?

The B vitamins definitely make things... colorful lol. If you're concerned about the commercial ones, you could try making your own so you control the doses!
