Just saw this article and had to share. I'm always on the lookout for gummies that actually deliver. I've tried a few brands but never feel 100% sure. Anyone here swear by a specific one?

I've looked into this. The science is mixed. Gummies often have less iron and more sugar. But if you need convenience, look for third-party tested ones. I'd avoid the ones with artificial colors.

TBH, I think whole food sources > supplements. But for those times I need a boost, I go with a gummy that has methylated B12 and folate. Makes a difference for my energy.

I use gummies as a treat lol. The taste is key for me. I found a brand that uses real fruit pectin and honey, so it's at least less processed. But yeah, I still eat my veggies!
