Hey fam! I'm about to head out on a cross-country flight + a hiking trip and I wanna bring my NAC gummies for immune support. Anyone know if they'll melt in my carry-on? Also, any issues with TSA? I don't want to get stuck explaining what they are. Also tips for storing them on the trail would be awesome!

I've traveled with gummies before (not NAC specifically but similar). They're fine in a carry-on as long as it's not super hot. TSA doesn't care about supplements, just keep 'em in original bottle or a clearly labeled bag. For hiking, I'd put 'em in a small ziplock and stash in a cooler bag or away from direct sun. They can get a little soft but not a total meltdown.

Yeah, what BerryBen said! I took NAC gummies on a road trip through the desert last summer. They got a bit squishy but still edible. Just don't leave them in a hot car. If you're flying, the cabin is usually cool enough. For hiking, maybe a small insulated pouch with an ice pack if you're worried. TSA didn't even blink at mine.

Thanks guys! Good to know they won't be a total mess. I'll toss them in my personal bag and keep them in the shade on the trail. Appreciate the tips!
