Is that NAC study legit or just hype?

Hey everyone! Came across this study on NAC for liver health: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12345678/ (not sure if link works). It says NAC can boost glutathione and help with detox. Seems promising but also maybe too good to be true? Anyone else seen this? #skeptical #butwanttobelieve

I just read it too! tbh I'm new to supplements, so idk what to think. But I've been trying NAC for my sinuses and it seems to help a little. The study looks legit with a big sample size? But I'm no expert lol.

I've been using NAC for years in my practice. The study is sound, but keep in mind it's funded by a supplement company so there's bias. Still, the mechanisms are well-established. I'd say it's a good read but don't take it as gospel. Trust your body's signals too.

I agree with Paula. NAC is amazing but always check sources. I prefer getting glutathione from food like sulfur veggies, but for a boost, NAC gummies are fine. Just don't overdo it. Balance is key! 🧘‍♀️
