Hey everyone! I'm trying to find some good NAC gummies as a gift - either as part of a 'health pack' or standalone. My mom's in her 70s and I want something to support her immune system, but I also have a friend who's super into fitness and biohacking. Any recommendations? Brands you trust? I'm overwhelmed by all the options!

Blessings! NAC is wonderful for cellular glutathione support ๐ŸŒฟ I make my own gummies with NAC powder, elderberry, and a touch of local honey - so much better than store-bought with all their fillers! For your mom, I'd add some turmeric and ginger too. If you must buy, look for organic, non-GMO brands with clean ingredients. The body knows what's pure!

lol 'cellular glutathione support' - sounds like marketing speak. Look, NAC might help with mucus if your mom has respiratory issues (some evidence there), but most gummies are just expensive candy. Check if there's actual research for what you're buying it for. And the fitness friend? Probably wasting money unless they have specific needs. Most people just pee out excess supplements.

I've been experimenting with adding NAC powder to homemade protein gummies! For your fitness friend, maybe pair NAC gummies with alpha-GPC or lion's mane? I saw a podcast where they talked about NAC for recovery. Brand-wise, I've tried Nature's Truth - decent taste, but check the dosage per gummy. Some only have like 100mg which seems low?

Vince, skepticism blocks energetic flow! ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ OP, listen to your intuition. For your mother's golden years, consider moon cycle timing when starting supplements. I've seen NAC help with vitality in my circle. If buying, avoid anything with 'natural flavors' - that's code for chemicals. Your mom deserves earth's gifts, not lab creations!
