My kid thought NAC gummies were candy... ate the whole bottle!

So my 5yo found my NAC gummies and ate like 10 before I caught him. They're the sweetened kind, so I get it, but now I'm panicking. Called the doc, he says watch for upset stomach. Anyone else's kids eat these like candy? How do you hide 'em?

Oh man, that's scary! Glad he's okay. My husband did the same once lol. I keep mine in a locked drawer now. The taste is too good for kids to resist. Maybe try a different brand that's less tasty? Some have a weird aftertaste.

Ugh, that's why I stick to capsules! My wife bought gummies once and I ate half the bag thinking they were snacks. Embarrassing. But NAC is NAC, hope your little dude is fine. Maybe get a childproof container?

I've switched to powder form for this exact reason. No kid wants to eat that bitter powder LOL. Plus it's easier to dose. Might be worth considering for the future. But yeah, keep those gummies high up or locked away.
