NAC gave me super vivid dreams - anyone else?
Hey guys, started taking NAC gummies 3 days ago and wow, my dreams have been INSANE. Like, movie-quality, super colorful, wake up confused. Not bad, just weird. Also my pee is bright yellow but I assume that's the B vitamins. Anyone else experience this or am I just lucky? 😂
Yeah, NAC can mess with your dreams. It affects glutamate in the brain, which is linked to REM sleep. Bright yellow pee is likely just riboflavin (B2) if your gummies have that. Nothing to worry about, but if dreams get too intense, try taking it earlier in the day.
Oh man, I thought I was the only one! I've been on NAC for a month and my dreams are like action movies. I actually look forward to sleeping now 😆 Also, the yellow pee is totally normal, it's the B vitamins. Keep it up, it's helping my detox big time.

I had the same thing! And also, my taste buds were weird for the first week - everything tasted a bit metallic. That went away. But the dreams were fun. Enjoy the show haha
