NAC gummies at Costco - too good to be true?

So I was at Costco today and saw these NAC gummies on sale for like 40% off. I've been thinking about trying NAC for a while but the price at my local pharmacy was way higher. Makes me wonder if the lower price means they're lower quality or if I just got lucky. Anyone tried these? Is it a steal or should I pass?

I wouldn't worry too much about quality. Costco usually stocks decent brands, and if they're on sale, it's often just a deal they got from the manufacturer. I've bought supplements there before and never had issues. Plus, NAC is NAC, even if it's not a fancy brand. I'd grab them before they're gone.

I actually got those exact ones last month! They're from Nature's Bounty (I think). I've been taking them daily for my lungs (I'm a CrossFit junkie, so I'm all about that respiratory support) and they seem fine. I did my research though, and as long as they're third-party tested, the price shouldn't matter. Check the label for a seal or something.

I'm gonna jump in here as a granola parent who's been reading labels forever. The price difference usually comes down to marketing, not quality. Costco often buys in bulk and passes savings on to members. But I'd still check the ingredients: make sure they don't have a ton of sugar or artificial stuff. Also, look for the lot number and maybe search it online to see if there are any recalls. Better safe than sorry!

Great points everyone! I checked the label and they do have the third-party tested sign, and the ingredients are pretty clean - just some cane sugar and pectin. I'm gonna get them before they're gone. Thanks for the reassurance!
