NAC Gummies + Coffee - Safe Combo or Bad Idea?

Hey everyone, night shift nurse here. I've been taking NAC gummies for about a month now for immune support (these 12-hour shifts are brutal). My question: is it safe to take them with my morning coffee? I usually pop a gummy right before my first cup since my schedule is all backwards. Anyone else combine these? Worried about interactions since I'm basically running on caffeine and vitamins lol.

omg i feel you on the sleep deprivation! not a night worker but my toddler has me up at 5am every day. i take NAC gummies too (the berry flavor ones) and i always have them with my coffee. haven't noticed any issues personally? but i'm not a doctor obviously. they do make me feel less groggy though. maybe check with your pharmacist just to be safe?

Digital nomad here - I take NAC gummies with my cold brew every morning while working from Bali cafes. Been doing it for 3 months. No side effects for me, and I actually think it helps with focus. The NAC is supposed to support glutathione production, coffee has antioxidants... seems synergistic? But yeah, not medical advice. I just track how I feel and it's been positive.

Thanks both! Nancy - glad to hear another sleep-deprived person is doing okay with it. Sam - interesting point about the antioxidants. I'll probably keep doing it since I haven't felt weird, but maybe I'll space them out by 30 mins just in case. The hospital pharmacist looked at me like I had three heads when I asked about gummy vitamins haha.
